Delete your account

Open the contact form, choose Delete my account and data, and write from the same email you sign in with, so we know the account is yours. You can also write to marshalbana@hotmail.com or WhatsApp +91-7878072107 from that email.

We confirm by email and delete the account within 7 working days. Any pass on the account ends when the account is deleted, and the account cannot be restored afterwards.

• Your sign-in account: name, email and profile.
• Your passes and their access.
• Your saved study progress and 40-day plan.
• Your messages sent through the contact form.

Records of orders and payments (what was bought, when, the amount and the invoice) are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. They are used for nothing else. Settings saved in your own browser, such as your language and read branches, stay on your device until you clear the site's data.
