Shipping & delivery policy

Nothing is shipped. Your pass works as soon as the payment is confirmed: sign in with the email you used at checkout and open My passes. You also get an email with a short guide.

We dispatch within 2–4 working days of payment by courier to addresses across India; delivery usually takes 3–8 working days more depending on your location. You get the tracking details by email or SMS. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
