This page explains what Handwritten Notes collects and why. We collect as little as we need and never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account: your name and email when you sign in (through Wix, our website platform, with Google or email).
- Orders: what you bought, the amount, and for printed notes your delivery address and phone number.
- Payments are handled by the payment gateway; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- On your device: the map remembers your language and which branches you have read, in your own browser's storage.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google's tag to measure whether our Google ads lead to a purchase and to show our ads to people who visited the site. It sets cookies and sends Google the pages you open and whether you completed a purchase, not your name, email or payment details. You can turn this off in your browser or at Google's ad settings.
How we use it
To open the passes you bought, deliver printed notes, send order emails, answer your questions, and keep the site working and secure. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the shop: Wix (hosting, sign-in, orders), the payment gateway, and the courier for printed notes. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; passes on a deleted account end.
