Refund & cancellation policy

Mind-map passes open instantly, and every chapter has a free preview so you can try before you buy. So passes are normally not refundable — with the exceptions below.

Full refund for a pass when

  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • you bought the same pass twice by mistake (tell us within 7 days — we refund the second payment);
  • you paid but the pass does not open on your account and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.

Printed notes

  • Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
  • If a book arrives damaged or wrong, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we approve them (your bank may take a few days more).
